Restarting A Workout Routine

The struggle is real and I haven’t been regularly working out for the past 5 years… My body is now crying for help. I realize that I need to act before it’s too late with more serious health issues. So, today I did a 20-minute whole-body stretching to get started. I felt very good afterward and wondered why I would not do something like this every day to myself for so long. I decided to document my journey by making YouTube videos going forward, along with sharing other meaningful things going on in life. Due to my current work schedule including a long commute, I probably can record and post videos once to twice a week.

I want to share this to motivate myself to continue and to encourage others to do the same. So feel free to follow along if you are interested.
